Sleep is so important for our health and immunity. If we don’t have 8h of sleep, our bodies aren’t ready for the challenges that the day brings – and being a parent is the biggest one. Not many moms have that luxury of sleeping through the night. Every child is different- some are sleepers, some are night birds, some are colic, some always hungry… Anyhow, I know that not everyone can afford help. Kelly @sleepystarsireland, a children’s sleep specialist, has accepted to do Instagram Live with me tonight at 8pm CEST and give some tips for the moms and dads out there who are trying to get their kids to sleep through the night.
